Aware of the obligation to guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data of its
Customers, the Company ADHOC International s.a. under the company identification
number 1999 2224 196 (hereinafter ADHOC) takes strong commitments with regard to all
the information which is transmitted to it.
To this end, ADHOC invites Customers to read this privacy policy, in order to be informed
about the processing of their personal data and their rights.
The privacy policy is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
(« GTCU ») of the Website.
By registering on the Website, the Customer authorizes ADHOC to process his personal data
in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Collected data
Constitutes a personal data, any information allowing to identify directly or indirectly a
physical person.
ADHOC is likely to collect and store your personal data, in particular, when you :
– browse the Website;
– access the Service;
– pay for the provision of a Service;
2.1 Browsing the Website
Regarding the connection data, each time you connect to the Website, ADHOC passively
collects information such as your IP address and the MAC address of your computer, the
date and time of connection, as well as information about your browser.
With respect to navigational data, ADHOC also collects information that identifies how you

specified in Article 10.

ADHOC takes care to collect only the data strictly necessary for the purpose of the treatment

– the prosecution of any individual who may prejudice our rights.

ADHOC only keeps your personal data for the time necessary for the operations for which
they were collected and in compliance with the regulations in force (General Data Protection
Regulation n°2016/679 which came into force on 25/05/2018)
Personal data relating to Clients are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship,
and for an indefinite period without prejudice to retention obligations or limitation periods.
Data relating to contacts are kept for a period of one year, starting from the last incoming
contact with ADHOC.
2.6. Security
ADHOC ensures the security of your personal data by implementing a reinforced data
protection by the use of physical and logical means of security.
In addition, it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of his login and
password, allowing access to his Customer Account.
3. Cookies
3.1 Definition
Cookies are data stored in the terminal equipment of an Internet user and used by a website
to send information to the Internet user’s browser, enabling this browser to send
information back to the original site (for example a session identifier, choice of language or
date).
Cookies make it possible to store, for the duration of the validity of the cookie concerned,
status information when a browser accesses the various pages of a website or when the
browser returns to this website at a later date.

navigation on the Website, as well as a better functioning of the different interfaces of the
Website.

achieve specific objectives.

The Client has several options for deleting cookies.

do not agree with any material changes to this Privacy Policy, you should stop using the
Services.
