This action consists of highlighting Walloon food products, with tasting, and in-store sales during two months (september, october 2021), within a chain of supermarkets established in the city and state of São Paulo. The target is the upper middle class in one of the three pre-selected supermarket chains. The action is aimed at a Brazilian chain of high-end supermarkets only accessible to the Brazilian affluent – or very affluent – class estimated at between 25 and 30 million inhabitants, mainly located in the city and state of São Paulo and later in Rio de Janeiro.
